This roastery is based at Lamb Works, an 8,500 square foot redeveloped Victorian warehouse on North Road in Islington, London. At Caravan Coffee Roasters they believe in challenging and raising the standards and expectations of the UK specialty coffee scene. Their aim is to ultimately provide the consumer with a superior product in their cup. Thier source the world’s best beans and roast them to specific and consistent profiles so to ensure each coffee’s individual characteristics are fully nurtured.

They work hard to find the best quality green coffee they can in the most sustainable, socially supportive and environmentally friendly way.

Origin:  Component 1: Fito Ruffati, El Salvador / Component 2: Sidama, Ethiopia / Component 3: Jalapa, Guatemala.

Process: Washed

Tasting Notes: Raspberry, cherry jam, milk chocolate

Name: Peña Colorada

Producer: Ten farms near Peña Colorada

Origin: Sierra Mazateca, Oaxaca

Variety:  Typica, mundo novo, bourbon

Process: Fully washed

Altitude: 1600-1800 masl

Tasting Notes: Nougat, candied orange, tropical fruit

Producer: Various smallholder

Origin: Kayanza

Variety: Bourbon

Process: Washed

Altitude: 1650-1800 masl

Tasting Notes: Black cherry, vanilla, lady grey tea
