Origin: 50% Cordillera del Fuego, Costa rica and 50% El Meridiano, Colombia

Variety: Blend

Process: Cordillera is white honey and Meridiano is washed

Altitude: 1100 - 1900 masl

Tasting Notes: Red apple, honeycomb, nougat

Variety: Caturra and bourbon

Process: Wasched
